The first of two public hearings held by The Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority (“RDA”) commenced at 10:00 am (local time) on June 9, 2022 at the Purdue Technology Center, 9800 Connecticut Drive, Crown Point, Indiana 46307.

The hearing convened pursuant to IC 36-7.5-4.5-17 so as to provide information and seek comments related to the proposed establishment of seven Transit Development Districts identified as follows:

  • Hammond Gateway

  • Portage/Ogden Dunes

  • Gary Miller

  • East Chicago

  • Munster Ridge Road

  • Michigan City

  • Dyer/Munster Main Street
